Florante “Butch” Fernandez was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2004 and a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science in Commerce in the Philippines and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in Sydney. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1998 and previously worked as Philippine government lawyer, Assistant City Prosecutor and university law professor. As a legal practitioner for 16 years, he has extensive experience in property law, conveyancing, family law, commercial law and wills and estates including Philippine laws.
Butch is registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) with migration agents registration number 1280459. As an agent he provides accurate information, advice & assistance for all types of Australian visa applications including appeal.
Charleen was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2013 and holds a graduate diploma in Australian Law and a graduate diploma in legal practice from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Charleen was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Lyceum of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Arts major in Psychology from De La Salle University.
